Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the YR Menu website, admin dashboard, digital QR menus, analytics tools, waiter call, bill request, satisfaction survey, and related SaaS services.

1. Who provides the service

YR Menu is provided by the following entities depending on billing country and payment method:

2. Service description

YR Menu is a SaaS platform for restaurants, cafés, hotels, bars and similar businesses. It provides QR-based digital menus, multilingual menu display, an admin dashboard, analytics, waiter call, bill request, satisfaction surveys and related features.

3. Account and access

The customer is responsible for keeping account information accurate, complete and up to date. The customer is also responsible for protecting dashboard login details, passwords and user permissions.

4. Customer content

Menu items, prices, descriptions, images, allergen information, product availability, promotions and business details are entered by the customer or placed on behalf of the customer. The customer is responsible for the accuracy, legality and freshness of this content.

5. AI translation and automated content

YR Menu may offer translations and content suggestions using Gemini or similar AI tools. AI-generated output is provided as a suggestion only. The customer must review all translations, prices, allergens, ingredients and product descriptions before publishing.

6. Prohibited use

The customer may not use YR Menu for illegal content, misleading prices, false promotions, unauthorized brand use, malware, spam, unlawful processing of personal data or infringement of third-party rights.

7. Fees, taxes and payment

YR Menu fees may be offered monthly, yearly, as a setup fee, custom package or promotional offer. Card payments in Uzbek soum are processed by Atmos. All other payments — in Turkish lira and international payments in other currencies — are processed by iyzico. Bank transfer is also available. Taxes depend on billing country, payment provider and applicable law.

8. Subscription, cancellation and access

The customer may cancel the subscription at any time. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, access continues until the end of the current paid period. After the paid period ends, access to the service may be restricted or suspended.

9. Refunds

Refund terms are explained in our Refund Policy. In general, eligible refund requests are reviewed within 7 days from the payment date.

10. Service changes

YR Menu may change, remove or add features for security, performance, legal compliance or business development reasons. Important changes may be announced through the website, e-mail or dashboard.

11. Service availability

YR Menu does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, security updates, third-party service issues, internet infrastructure, payment provider issues or force majeure events.

12. Intellectual property

The YR Menu software, design, brand elements, interfaces, templates and technical infrastructure belong to YR Menu or its licensors. The customer receives only a limited right to use the service during the subscription period. Menu content uploaded by the customer remains the customer’s property.

13. Data and privacy

Personal data processing is explained in our Privacy Policy, and cookie use is explained in our Cookie Policy.

14. Limitation of liability

YR Menu is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect prices, wrong allergen information, incomplete product descriptions, inaccurate translations, false promotions or other content published by the customer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YR Menu’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer during the last 3 months of service.

15. Governing law and disputes

For customers billed in Uzbekistan, the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan apply. For all other customers, including Europe and international customers paying through the Turkish payment system, the laws of Türkiye apply unless otherwise agreed in writing. The parties agree to first try to resolve disputes in good faith.

Payment Processing

Online payments are processed by licensed third-party payment providers: iyzico (payments in Turkish lira) and ATMOS — AO "NATIONAL INNOVATIVE PAYMENT TECHNOLOGIES", licensed by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan (license No. 4 of 04.04.2020) — for payments in Uzbek som. By proceeding to payment you instruct and authorize the execution of the payment operation through the relevant provider and consent to purchasing our services through the payment instrument you have chosen.

Where permitted by law and disclosed at checkout, the payment provider may apply an additional service commission to the payment amount; the final amount, including any such commission, is shown before you confirm the payment.

Prices and Taxes

All subscription prices shown on the website and in the control panel are net prices and exclude value-added tax (VAT) unless expressly stated otherwise. The applicable VAT depends on the selling entity for your billing country: currently 20% KDV for customers billed in Türkiye, and 0% for customers billed in Uzbekistan, because our Uzbek entity is a resident of IT Park Uzbekistan and its software-subscription sales are exempt from VAT. Any applicable tax is added at checkout. The exact total amount payable, including all taxes, is always displayed before you confirm a payment and is stated in the receipt or invoice issued for that payment.

We may change subscription prices; changes never apply retroactively to periods already paid for and take effect from the next billing period after publication.
