Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of YR Menu, a digital menu and restaurant-management platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who you're contracting with

Depending on where your billing address or restaurant is located, you are entering into this agreement with one of the following entities ("YR Menu", "we", "us"):

  • TESLA KAFA LLC (Limited Liability Company (Foreign Enterprise) - O'OO "TESLA KAFA" Xorijiy korxona) — for all other customers.

2. The Service

YR Menu lets restaurants, cafés and hotels ("Restaurant Owners") create and manage digital menus accessed by their customers via QR code, including features such as multi-language menus, branches, analytics, waiter-call/bill requests, and design customization, depending on your subscription plan.

3. Accounts and plans

  • You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure.
  • Plans range from a free tier to paid tiers with higher limits and additional features; current plan details and pricing are shown on our Pricing page.
  • Free trials, where offered, convert to the selected paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends, or continue on the Free plan with reduced limits if no payment method is provided.
  • An account owner may operate more than one restaurant under a single subscription, subject to the limits of their plan.

4. Payments and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as selected) via the payment provider applicable to your billing entity. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for all fees due. Prices may change with reasonable advance notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service; resell the Service without authorization; or use it in a manner that violates applicable law.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the menu content, images, and branding you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a license to host, display, and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you and your customers. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, or non-payment, with notice where reasonably possible.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YR Menu's total liability arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the dashboard or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which your contracting entity (identified in Section 1) is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
