How can we help?

Quick answers about menus, QR codes, design, billing and AI tools.

Getting started

Register for free, complete the short onboarding, then add your categories and dishes in the panel. Your QR menu is live immediately at your restaurant’s own link.

Open QR Codes in your panel to download print-ready codes — including per-table codes, so requests show the right table number.

Every new restaurant starts with a free trial, and there is a Free plan you can stay on as long as you like. We email you before the trial ends.

No. The menu opens instantly in the phone’s browser when a guest scans the QR code — no app and no sign-up.

Menu & products

Add your languages in Settings, then translate items manually or use AI auto-translation to fill every language at once. Guests switch language right on the menu.

Yes — mark dishes vegetarian, vegan, halal or spicy, list allergens and add nutrition values. Guests can even filter the menu by diet.

Edit the product and toggle “sold out”, or set a discount price — the menu automatically shows the old price crossed out.

You can publish items without photos, pick images from the built-in photo bank, or use the AI description writer to make text-only items shine.

QR codes & tables

Each table gets its own QR code, so when a guest calls a waiter or asks for the bill, your panel shows exactly which table sent the request.

Yes — the menu has built-in service buttons. Requests appear instantly in your panel with sound and desktop notifications.

Yes — save your Wi-Fi details in Settings and the menu shows a tap-to-connect Wi-Fi code, so guests get online without asking staff.

Yes — enable the satisfaction survey and guests can rate their visit right from the menu; results appear on your Feedback page.

Table ordering

Guests scan the table QR, browse your menu and place their order right from their phone. It is included in the Pro plan and above, and you can turn it on or off anytime in your restaurant settings.

Yes - guests register with their email (with verification) or sign in with Google before ordering, and the table number is always required. This keeps orders trustworthy and protects your kitchen from fake requests.

On a live orders screen in your panel - with sounds, statuses and full detail - and on a dedicated kitchen board. Waiters can also log in from their own phone or tablet to take orders at the table.

Yes. Set your restaurant location and a radius in settings, and orders are only accepted from phones inside that area. You can also pause guest ordering anytime - waiter and kitchen screens keep working - and close a table to settle its orders when guests leave.

Yes - every order builds your guest list. As the owner you see names, emails, visit history and spend per restaurant, so regulars are no longer strangers.

Reservations

Go to Reservations > Settings, turn on "Accept online reservations", and set your hours, party sizes and booking rules. Your public booking link becomes active immediately at yoursite.com/reserve/your-restaurant.

Online bookings require the guest to click a confirm link in their email before the reservation is final (this stops fake bookings). Ask them to check spam, and check the reservation's status in your dashboard — if it still shows "Pending" and unverified, ask them to book again with a correct email address; unconfirmed requests expire automatically after 45 minutes.

Go to Reservations > Tables & areas to create areas (e.g. Main Hall, Terrace) and add tables with their capacity and shape. On the Business plan, open the Floor editor to drag each table into its real position — this also powers the live floor view during service.

Yes. Add them under Staff (owner only) with their name and email. Staff accounts see the dashboard, reservations, floor plan and daily operations, but never billing, settings or analytics — reservation settings and analytics stay owner-only too.

Design & templates

There are 21 hand-crafted templates — from warm Turkish luxury to Parisian bistro and Art Deco lounge. Switching takes one click and applies instantly.

Yes — every template’s primary, background and card colors can be tuned to your brand on the Design page.

Yes — upload them in Settings → Branding; they appear at the top of your menu and as its browser icon.

Some premium templates belong to higher plans. Upgrading unlocks them immediately, and mid-cycle upgrades are prorated so you only pay the difference.

Billing & plans

Plans are paid per period — monthly, or yearly with two months free — as a one-time payment. No card is stored and nothing renews automatically; we remind you by email 7, 3 and 1 day before your plan ends.

Cards via iyzico (billed in TRY in Türkiye, USD elsewhere), Octo with UZCARD/HUMO for Uzbekistan (UZS), and bank transfer. VAT is added where applicable and every payment gets a PDF invoice.

You pay only the prorated difference for the days remaining — your renewal date does not change.

Yes — enter your code at checkout and the discount is applied before VAT and shown on your invoice.

AI features

Three things today: translate your whole menu into your active languages, write appetizing dish descriptions from just the name and ingredients, and estimate calories and macros.

AI menu translation and the content assistant are enabled per plan - currently on Pro and Business. See the pricing page for the current feature matrix.

Full-menu AI translation has a fair-use cap of a few runs per plan year; per-item translation and the description and nutrition tools are not capped.

No — the AI fills the fields as a draft; nothing is saved until you review it and press Save, and you can edit everything.

Yes. Photograph your printed menu - even if it is printed in two or three languages - and AI reads every dish, price and translation. You review the result and import it in one tap; no retyping.

Yes - one tap and AI estimates calories, macros and allergens for every dish. Nothing is published automatically: you review the values first, edit if needed, then publish.

Account & more

Yes — add branches under one restaurant, or link several restaurants so the others inherit the main one’s plan.

Yes — invite staff accounts from the Staff page; they can handle day-to-day requests without access to billing.

The panel is available in 11 languages (Turkish, English, Russian, Uzbek, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Ukrainian and Arabic) and this site in 7 of them — pick your language at registration or change it anytime.

Use the contact form, or the Support page inside your panel — messages reach us instantly and we reply by email, usually within one business day.
