Is the reservation system included in my plan?
Yes — online reservations are included from the Pro plan. The visual floor plan and advanced reservation analytics are part of the Business plan. See the pricing page for details.
How does it prevent double bookings?
Every booking, table assignment and walk-in is checked server-side against capacity, opening hours and table availability with turnaround buffers — simultaneous requests are queued so two guests can never take the same table.
Can guests change or cancel their booking themselves?
Yes. Every confirmation email contains a secure personal link where the guest can change the date, time and party size, add the booking to their calendar, or cancel — no login needed.
Does it work with my own website?
Yes — copy one embed snippet from your dashboard and the booking form runs inside your own website. You can also simply link to your booking page from anywhere.
Which languages does the booking page support?
English, Turkish, Russian, Uzbek, German, French and Spanish. The page opens in the guest's browser language automatically and only offers the languages you enabled for your restaurant.
